Our Policies


Order Turnaround Time:  Typical turnaround time is 10 business days for the production of your handmade goods. We will try to let you know in advance if the turnaround on your order is projected to run beyond that. 

Returns: Our products are made-to-order.  Therefore, no refunds will be allowed. We allow exchanges if the wrong size is ordered.  Exchanges must be made within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date.  Exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unmarked and returned with the original packaging.  Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please include a note along with your return with your order number and a summary of the issue.

Any item with monogramming, custom sizing or any other customization is not eligible for return.

Items determined to be defective by Whiskey Leatherworks will be exchanged at no cost.

Shipping:  We ship using USPS Priority Mail.  A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.   International shipping is determined on a per purchase basis.
