The Blackfoot Duffel. The idea to develop this bag came during a summer evening float on one of the most beautiful rivers in the western United States, the Blackfoot River. During that float, the topic of a good duffle intertwined with the occasional fish. By the time we reached the take-out point on the river, the idea to develop a classic, Montana-made, travel duffel had been hatched.
The Blackfoot is made entirely of US-produced materials, 15 oz. waxed canvas from Fairfield Textiles and English Bridle leather from Wickett & Craig Tannery. Each piece of canvas and leather of this duffel is individually traced and cut, by hand, to ensure only the best materials are used during construction. After the bag has been sewn together, the hardware is attached using hand-pounded brass rivets and solid brass dee-rings to ensure many years of dependable use. This roomy bag has three interior pockets, on each side, to keep your smaller items organized. Exterior pockets, on each side of the bag, make things such as boarding passes and itinerary easily accessed.
Our confidence in The Blackfoot Duffel is backed by a lifetime warranty. If at any time a component of this bags fails, please send it back to us for either replacement or repair. Cheers!
