Returns: Our belts are made-to-order. Therefore, no refunds will be allowed. We allow exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. Exchanges must be made within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date. Exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unmarked and returned with the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Roller belt buckles with monogramming on the leather keeps are eligible for returns above the above policy. Monogrammed belt straps are not eligible for return due to their custom nature. Please be sure to review our sizing chart when ordering a monogrammed belt.
Items determined to be defective by Whiskey Leatherworks will be exchanged at no cost.
Since our belts are made-to-order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping: We ship using USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. International shipping is determined on a per purchase basis.
Top Shelf Packaging: Our “Top Shelf” Packaging includes a soft muslin bag for the belt, a shot glass, and a handmade wooden slide-top box. Merrill Bradshaw, a western Montana woodworker and artist, handcrafts each box. The boxes are locally sourced from reclaimed or sustainably harvested wood. Each box is individually etched with the Whiskey Leatherworks logo.
